 Phasing Plan
The planning and phases 1 and 2 of the Class Environmental Assessment process for Midhurst is complete.
Phases 3 and 4 of the Class EA is ongoing for water, wastewater and transportation. The Secondary Plan can then be implemented through plans of subdivision and zoning approved July 4, 2014 by the Ontario Municipal Board.
The development will be phased in over the long term, upwards of 30 years.
Carson Road east of Wilson Drive and near Doran Road west of Russell Road is where the development will begin.
